An incredible week on the mats! 🥋🇦🇪🇦🇺

We had the privilege of hosting Professor Edil Edil Da Ponte (5th degree black belt) and Professor Rodrigo Rrodrigo Rodrigues (4th degree black belt), who traveled from the UAE to compete in the Pan Pacific Championship of IBJJF this weekend here in Australia.

In the lead-up to the tournament, they ran a special masterclass for our team, sharing high-level details, mindset, and decades of experience with our students.

Huge thank you to Professor Edil and Professor Rodrigo for visiting and inspiring our team. Wishing the best for you both and for our team at the Pan Pacific.

Our doors are always open! Oss! 👊🔥

Last day as a "business owner"

Very proud of Coppo, Daire and John who are taking over the academy from tomorrow, July 1st.

Personally, I never ran the academy as a business, I'm just one of the soldiers in the front line.

Always done and always will represent and fight for our team.

Nothing changes from my side, I will be at the gradings, courses and casual visits.

However, the boys will have more energy and presence on the mats. I believe the academy will get even better and I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

PARENTS' WEEK ON THE MATS 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🥋

At Life BJJ Taren Point, we believe martial arts is more than just learning techniques — it's about building confidence, discipline, resilience and strong family connections.
This week, we invite all parents to step onto the mats and experience the journey alongside your child.

✅ Learn some basic BJJ techniques
✅ Share a fun and active experience together
✅ See firsthand what your child is learning
✅ Create lasting memories on the mats

Whether you've never trained before or have always been curious about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, this is your chance to join in and be part of the action.

Our students work hard every week, and now it's time for parents to experience the challenges, laughs and achievements that make Life BJJ such a special community.
