Manning Valley Orchids

Well what a 12 months. We have been very quiet on our business page due to being affected by the 2025 floods. As you can see in the pictures, our greenhouses were fully submerged. We have spent the last 12 months rebuilding our house as well as trying to clean and cope with the loss of 2/3 of our cactus collection and around 40% of our orchid stock. We have been recouping and rebuilding as best and as quick as we can!

We also will be making our way back to the Crescent Head Orchid Show with some sales stock this year! Hope to see some of you there!

Meet one of our regulars... Manning Valley Orchids

Hi Guys we are Nathan and Eleasha.

In 2022 we made our big move from Newcastle to Taree.

We moved with the view of having enough room to grow our hobby of orchids and were lucky enough to buy a house in town with enough space to expand our dream.

We took the leap in 2023 and decided that we would love to share what we have and established our small business of Manning Valley Orchids, while being a family of 4 and still working our day jobs.

From Nathan starting out with just a few plants to see if he could keep them alive to now having thousands and more than we can handle,

I think it’s safe to say it worked. We are now breeding our own orchids as well, which is our next venture to come over the next year or two.
