What an incredible way to finish an unforgettable season.

Fair Play OOSH could not be prouder to be a Gold Sponsor of the Newcastle Northstars and to celebrate this amazing team as 2026 Champions! 🏆💙

For us, sponsorship has never just been about having the Fair Play name displayed. It’s about supporting the community we live and work in, supporting local sport, and getting behind the people who make it so special.

This season we’ve watched a group of players, coaches, families and supporters show incredible commitment, resilience and heart. Grand Final weekend was a reminder that sometimes sport becomes about so much more than the final score, it’s about mateship, showing up for one another and standing together through the highs and the really difficult moments.

⭐️ BOWLING & ARCADE ⭐️

Rainy weather called for a fun filled day indoors. We travelled to Raymond terrace strike zone for a game of bowling & time in the arcade.
When we arrived back to oosh we had lunch and a silent disco. Followed by a movie with afternoon tea children voted on “the game plan”

⭐️ HUNTER SPORTS CENTRE ⭐️

Today we adventured off to the Hunter sports centre. First we started with a warm up/stretch session. Children were split into 2 groups where they rotated around the gymnasium for a 2 hour session. Learning how to use the bars/ropes and rings into the foam pit. Bounced their way around the gym on the long trampolines; followed by a course using a variety of bars/beams & mats. Followed up with a game on balancing & strength using the beams. Ending with a game of corners and infinity tips on the spring floors.

⭐️ PIZZA & PYJAMA DAY ⭐️

The ultimate comfy cosy day! Children got to stay comfy and cosy in their pyjamas for the day, enjoy a warm & yummy pizza lunch whilst watching the jungle book.
Children enjoyed soaking up the sunshine 🌞 playing group games of basketball, kicks and riding around on the ezy rollers. The pool table & arcade machine were also a hit yesterday.

⭐️ DIY MACCAS ⭐️

Children spent the morning getting creative decorating their own box ready for their DIY happy meal. Children got their choice of chicken nuggets or chicken chippies with fries & a slushie! Children also got a little goodie bag to take home with a squishie and some lollies.
In the afternoon children participated in some food challenges and creating fruit loop necklaces.

⭐️ MOVIES - MINIONS & MONSTERS ⭐️

We travelled by bus to Hoyts greenhills where we got comfy in the recliner chairs with our friend; enjoyed our popcorn & drink whilst watching minions & monsters.
Was such a good movie that all the kids gave a standing ovation and clapped at the end! 😊

⭐️ RIPPIT GOLF ⭐️

Hole in one - you bet that was the aim of our adventure to Rippit golf today! We have a team of future golf professionals in the making ⛳️
The weather held off for us today long enough for our session which was fantastic. We started our drive with pouring rain and beautiful rainbow, before getting to our destination of blue skies and sunshine!
2 rounds of mini golf with our friends and educators was a great way to spend the morning 😊
