There are still a few spots available for our upcoming Mental Health First Aid training β a fantastic opportunity to build the confidence and skills to recognise, support and respond to someone experiencing a mental health challenge.
Even better, this training has been heavily subsidised thanks to the amazing team GLENRAC, making it much more accessible to our local community.
Because knowing what to say, what to do, and when to reach out can make a real difference. These conversations can save lives!
π§ Mental Health First Aid Training β places still available next week!
