Pie Drive Fundraiser 🥧

This term we are celebrating with warm pies and lamingtons. We would love your support to make this fundraiser successful. Ordering is easy with payments made via Direct Debit. Neighbours, family, work colleagues and friends are more than welcome to place an order. The more the merrier, and individual order forms are encouraged for ease of processing payments. Please pop into preschool to collect your order form or email the preschool at [email protected] and we can email you an order form.

🌟Support Educator
We are currently seeking a caring and passionate Support Educator to join our community-based Preschool team.
This temporary part-time role will provide additional inclusion support within the Preschool environment.
We are looking for an educator who is patient, consistent, collaborative, and committed to creating positive outcomes for children and families.

🖍️About the Role
- 15 hours per week.
- Part Time, Monday–Wednesday
- Temporary contract to start as soon as possible until the end of 2026.
- This position is supported through inclusion funding and paid in accordance with the Children’s Services Award, based on qualifications and experience.

🤓Essential Criteria
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Child Protection Training
- Child Safety Training.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children’s wellbeing.
- Experience supporting children with diverse learning, developmental, and emotional needs.
- Works positively within a team environment.
- Communicates professionally and respectfully with children, families, and colleagues

💻 Administration Support Role.
We are currently seeking a professional, organised, and proactive Administration Support team member to join our community-based Preschool team.

This temporary part-time role will support the leadership team with administrative, financial, operational, and compliance tasks across the Preschool.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to supporting a high-quality early education environment.

🌱About the Role
- 11 hours per week.
- Flexible workdays negotiable.
- Temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
- Paid in accordance with qualifications, experience, and applicable Award rates.

🤝This role will support the Preschool leadership team across a range of administrative areas including:
- Financial administration and payroll support.
- Fee statements and routine correspondence.
- Organising maintenance and supplier communication.
- Record keeping and compliance documentation.
- General administration and systems coordination.

📑 Essential Criteria
- Certificate III or higher in Business, Administration, Finance, or Early Childhood Education.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Child Protection Training.
- Child Safety Training.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High level attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Confidence using computer systems and administrative software.
- Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with families, staff, and external services.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
- Experience in administration, finance, or organisational systems highly regarded.
- Experience within Early Childhood Education is favourable but not essential.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special. Seeing the smiles, laughter, cuddles and precious moments shared together was beautiful to observe. We are so grateful for the love, support and care you give to your children each and every day and hoped the little activities shared allowed you time with your little one.
