Pasta con Salmone Affumicato.
Tagliatelle, smoked salmon, Sun dried tomato, capers & onion in a creamy lemon sauce. 8.5/10. Absolutely superb.

Dinner at the Longyard hotel in Tamworth tonight. Got told about the famous ribs and they did not disappoint. Curly fries and onion rings went a treat with the bbq bourbon sauce. Shame Kurt couldn't be here to try these bad boys!

Just spent the last 3 days doing courses at the Wentworth golf club in Orange. The food has been awesome and the hospitality from Ian and his staff has been second to none. Give this place a look when your in town. Will definitely be back to test out the course when she dries out.

Rib eye fillet with chips and veg with a delicious Diane sauce was a 10/10. The beer and bourbon were pretty good too. Cheers Cobby.....

Ladies & gentlemen if there's one place I recommend it's the Schnitzel Bar in Bathurst. Brilliant food, litre of beer & great price.....

Absolute massive feed tonight at the Packsaddle Roadhouse. Located smack bang in the middle of Broken Hill & Tibooburra this little roadhouse is a must see while travelling through the NSW outback. Great food, cold beer & friendly staff, what more could you ask for.

Sorry for our neglect loyal followers but we are back. Tonight the Maclean hotel served us a $6:50 rump & salad so we ordered 2. We are not going to rate it because you get what you pay for!
JR chips & sauce were good.
Cobby felt like I was chewing on an old leather boot.
