Milestones Early Learning South Tamworth

More of our Superstars shining bright this month. Miss Skye completed her Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care! Miss Skye has studied hard to improve her knowledge and understanding of child development, and law and regulation surrounding the sector.
Miss Mandy received several staff shout outs this month for her beautiful interactions and engagement with children. Her letter basket in the Prep room has inspired the Preschool room to begin to explore letters and sounds as well. Miss Maddie had well wishes from the team for completing her Cert 3. Miss Cat was recognised by the team for always supporting where needed and taking amazing care of the babies.
Throughout the month, staff shout out cards are completed by team members to recognise the hard work we see every day. If you would like to give a shout out to an educator, there are some recognition flowers on the front desk you can complete. We welcome all feedback but it is always nice to hear something positive.

Congratulations and salutations!!! This month has been a celebration of service and commitment to professional development for 5 members or our beautiful team. Miss Hannah has been with us for 4 years, Miss Caitlin has been here for 5 years and Miss Hayley has clocked up a whopping 10 years!! There is so much love for these amazing educators who bring the love and joy to children and their families every day.

We also celebrate Miss Ellie and Miss Maddie who completed their Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. They have both studied hard to learn about children, how they develop and how they can support their learning.

We are blessed to have such a caring and loving group of people here and the children love them all dearly.

Today we celebrate the women in our lives that have loved, treasured, mentored, inspired and championed us. Have a wonderful day with your families. 💐💐

🌱 Check out these superstars!! Miss Zoe received Student of the Month! She is completing her certificate 3 in Early Childhood and has been a wonderful addition to our incredible team. This week we also celebrated anniversaries for Mr Aaron and Miss Kaleah. Mr Aaron has been back with us for 3 years now, bringing the fun and the energy to our days. Miss Kaleah has clocked up 4 years and is now studying her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. We are so proud of the beautiful humans that show up every day to provide quality education and care to our children. Congratulations to you all. 🎉🎉🌱

Our local Fire Brigade are having an open day. What a wonderful opportunity for children to engage with the community and learn how to keep safe.

🌱 The face of 'I love my job'! Miss Skye is celebrating her 4th year at Milestones South Tamworth and what a wonderful 4 years it has been. Skye has completed her certificate 3 in early childhood education and care and is almost finished her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. She started as a trainee and found her passion and vocation educating and caring for the children in our community and buying exceptional relationships with our families and the team. Skye has been leading the Preschool room this year and is honing her skills in leadership. Her relationships with the South team are evident as she received Employee of the Month for March. We are so excited to see whar the next four years has in store. Congratulations Skye🎉! 🌱

🌱 We are supporting the Tamworth CWA with their annual toiletry drive. If you have any unopened toiletries as shown in the picture that you can spare, drop them in and so we can support this wonderful community service. Every little bit helps. 🌱

It's time again for our annual toiletry donation drive, and we would LOVE your help!

Every year, we put together "hospital emergency bags" - hand-sewn bags, filled with toiletries. These are distributed to people at Tamworth Base Hospital who don't have any basic hygiene and toiletry supplies with them, to make their stay a little bit more comfortable.

Our branch will be assembling these bags in early June, and we would greatly appreciate any donations you can make to supplement what our members will collect.
