One is Dr Khoury- the Maths and Stats Extraordinaire!

What it shows: non‑Newtonian fluid — it acts like a solid under stress and a liquid when relaxed. 🔬➡️🧊💧

Mix ratio: 2 parts cornstarch : 1 part water
• 1 cup cornstarch (adjust for class/family) 🌽
• 1/2 cup water (+ a little extra if needed) 💧

You’ll need: large bowl, spoon, optional food colouring 🌈, tray or newspaper for easy cleanup 📰

How to:
1. Pour cornstarch into bowl. 🥣
2. Add about half the water and stir. 🔄
3. Add remaining water gradually until the texture holds under pressure but flows when relaxed. 👋➡️✋
4. Play: squeeze, punch, roll, drip, or let a bead sink slowly. 👐👊
