Tickets are still available for both sessions of tomorrow's return of face-to-face Under 5s Storytime! Click the link below and select your tickets for either Session 1 (8:30am-9:15am) or Session 2 (9:30am-10:15am). You will need to arrive at least 5mins prior to your session to sign in at Reception before heading to the Library. We can't wait to see you!!

ACTIVITY TIME!
Todays LEGO activity is brought to you by ! All you need is a large LEGO base plate, some LEGO towers spaced out on the plate, and some rings (big enough to easily fit over a LEGO tower) that you could make out of pipe cleaners. Place your ring toss game on the ground and take turns tossing the rings onto the towers. You could make your towers different heights and see if it is harder or easier to toss onto a short or tall tower!

Today's activity is brought to you by on Instagram! Playing cards are a common and extremely versatile household item. Kids can learn so much from a deck of playing cards but SORTING is the ultimate skill for kids to learn and is the backbone to so much work they'll do in school. The most simple start to developing visual discrimination can be done by sorting a deck of playing cards into red cards and black cards. You could then take it up a difficulty level by sorting them into suits (hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs). What other fun activities can you come up with to do with a deck of cards?
