Blast from the past moment when we were at the PCYC. The club has grown, the people in this photo have definitely grown and the older people in the photo are a little bit older 🙂

Another proud moment for our club.
Two of our senior Sensei's Mark and James undertaking their Kodokan grading with two Sensei and world Nage no Kata champions from the Kodokan. These moments are priceless and learning directly from the birthplace and home of Judo is a privilege and honour.
Thank you to Judo NSW and the BBR for this amazing opportunity.
Special mention to Gary and Bruce for learning their Kata ready for Shodan.
A huge thank you and gratitude to Iwanaga Sensei and Iteya Sensei for sharing your knowledge and spending time with us to learn and grow.

A little Shire Judo family story 🥋
Kon came to us after moving to the Shire, having trained at another judo club for years.
Now he’s back on the mat, and the best part? He’s brought his two boys along with him.
His eldest trains alongside him in the senior class, while his youngest punches well above his weight!
There’s something really special about seeing a dad and his two sons step onto the tatami together. This is what community judo is all about. ❤️
New members always welcome, whatever your age or experience.

Well done to those who successfully passed their grading and moved up to their next belt. A huge thank you to the coaching team for a very well run grading.
