Those two eggs barely scratch the surface.
Here’s what a full day looks like:
Brekky: 3 eggs + 100g steak = 44g protein
Lunch: 200g turkey breast = 58g protein
Dinner: 200g lean beef mince = 52g protein
Snacks: Beef jerky + cottage cheese = 49g protein
Total: 203g protein.
Eat a high protein diet and you’ll hold onto your muscle while the fat comes off, stay full between meals and build a bigger metabolism that speeds up the entire fat loss process.

If you’ve eaten any amount of chocolates this Easter, I need you to heed this warning. When you step on the scales tomorrow morning, you’re going to be two to three kilos heavier, and I don’t want you to freak the f*** out because here’s the reason why. That extra amount of weight on the scales is water. It has been stored in your muscles because you’ve eaten a bunch of sugar in the form of chocolate. So don’t self-sabotage. This is where the damage is done, is when you start to starve yourself because you feel guilty about the fact that the scales have gone up. Then you can’t handle that starvation, then you binge, and there goes the cycle again. So step on the scales. It’s okay. If you’re one to two to three kilos heavier, it’s all fine. That water will start to find its way out of you, and you’ll be back to your normal weight in no time. Follow - you’re gonna get zero BS!
There is a version of you that your kids haven’t met yet.
