“Once in a blue moon”

We use that phrase to describe things that are rare, unusual, unexpected, or perhaps even a little unlikely. The opportunities we never thought would arrive. The goals we secretly want but don’t entirely believe are possible. The dreams we’ve quietly put on a shelf because they feel too far away, too impractical, or too difficult to achieve.

This Full Moon in Sagittarius which is also a blue moon (2 full moons in a calendar month), is here not only to release things, because every Full Moon asks us to do that in some capacity, but to examine the things we’ve decided are unlikely and ask whether we’ve perhaps become the person standing in their way.l

Miracles can happen
Just apparently filming the ritual is not one of them lol

The Full Moon of 31st May arrives as a rare Blue Moon in Sagittarius, carrying a combination of release, disruption, awakening, and forward momentum.

While every Full Moon brings culmination, Blue Moons often feel different. They tend to mark chapters rather than moments.

This month’s Blue Moon ritual will be held exclusively inside School of Magick on Patreon. If you’d like to work with this energy alongside a community of practitioners, deepen your understanding of the astrology, and participate in the ritual, we’d love to have you join us

Elecampane is a herb of psychic development, protection, divination and navigating liminal states

This Mercurial current shows that Elecampane is a moving herb. It clears stagnation, sharpens perception, restores circulation between worlds, and helps re-establish connection where something has become blocked, fragmented, or lost

I’ve been creating resources for years. 10 years specifically lol. But this just may be my best work so far… so this post is a toast to the booklet that took me over a month to write… and was only meant to be 8 pages (it’s 32 lol). I’m really proud of the contents of this - it can be found on School of Magick (on patreon), or physically printed in The Dark Half ritual kit (only available to email subscribers)

I’m already asked if it’s going to be made into a physical booklet for sale - which yes it will be, but I need to edit some stuff out that was relevant to the physical kit that this was originally written for

Animism is the understanding that the world is alive.

Most magical correspondences were built through long term observation of plants, ecology, medicine, behaviour, and relationship with the living world around us.

Rosemary for memory makes a lot more sense once you actually study the plant itself.
