The marathon may be over, but these phrases are useful for sports, exams, school and everyday encouragement.
Sydney Marathon 啱啱完咗，但呢啲英文句子唔單止比賽先用到。
考試、比賽、鼓勵朋友都好實用！

“You’ve got this!”
A simple phrase that gives someone confidence when they are nervous or tired.
「You’ve got this!」即係：你得㗎！
當朋友緊張、攰或者想放棄，可以用呢句鼓勵佢。

“Keep going!”
Use this when someone is trying hard and needs motivation to continue.
「Keep going!」即係：繼續努力！唔好停！
跑步、溫書、考試、追目標都一樣用到。

“Nearly there!”
Perfect when someone is close to finishing something difficult.

Stop saying “improve” all the time 👀
Try using elevate instead.
Elevate means to raise something to a higher level — in skill, quality, or position.
例如：
✅ Good habits elevate your whole life.
好習慣可以令你嘅人生升級。
✅ This design elevates the whole brand.
呢個設計令成個品牌感覺更加高級。
下次想講「提升」、「升級」、「令某樣嘢變得更好」
唔一定要次次都用 improve，可以試吓用 elevate ✨
