She’s not broken, she’s just burned the f*ck out.

She’s done everything “right”

The career,
The late nights,
The certifications,
The smiling through overwhelm.

And still, she lies awake at night wondering

“Is this it?”

She holds everything together, yet secretly feels like she’s unraveling.

She’s brilliant, but doesn’t feel rich.
Capable, but doesn’t feel safe.
Wise, but doesn’t feel seen.

She’s caught between “I should be grateful” and “I’m craving something MORE.”

Let me tell you what no one else has:

It’s not self-sabotage. It’s self-protection.
Your system is doing exactly what it was trained to do.
But survival does not equal aliveness.

She’s not lazy, she’s misaligned.
She’s not lost, she’s in the Identity Void, the in-between where the old her is dying and the real her hasn’t fully landed.

She doesn’t need another planner or funnel.
She needs her mojo back.

The raw, holy, f*ck-yes-to-life version.

She wants to be paid to be her damn self.
To feel goosebumps again, not burnout.
To post without spiraling.
To rise into who she’s always been.

If this is you…

You’re not off-track. You’re awakening.

You don’t need to hustle harder.
You need to remember who you really are.

This isn’t coaching. This is a homecoming.

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to mirror the fire you forgot you had.

This is your sign.
Your permission slip.
Your spark.

Let’s get your mojo back.

If this stirred something, you know what to do - like, follow, share.

I love you 🫶🏻

Shed that skin, that old identity, the you that used to shrink to fit in, the narrative that you had to be serious - ‘act’ mature and like a professional for people to take you seriously and think you’re intelligent (whatever that means), and BE the way society tells you that you have to be. HOW’s THAT WORKED SO FAR??? Look at the world! What the world needs is more people to be brave and break out of those fu***ng roles, those boxes, those narratives and to just be yourself fully. Relight your fu***ng spark and let the magic of you shine ✨💫🔥🥳💃🫶🏻❤️ The world needs to experience YOU loving yourself! Softly, moderately, or like me - LOUDLY at 54 years old🔥. I love you xoxox

There’s a version of “spirituality” that teaches you to avoid anything uncomfortable, control every thought, and pretend everything is fine.

I don’t subscribe to that.

Real growth looks like honesty.

Self-responsibility.

Awareness.

Action.

Feeling what’s real, without unpacking your suitcase and staying there.

Doing hard things. Sitting in discomfort. Letting yourself feel pain when it’s true and necessary.

This is how you stay connected to your mojo, not by being perfect, but by being present, real, and willing to look at your life and YOURSELF with clarity.

You don’t need to always be “high vibe” or “good vibes only”.

That’s just toxic positivity. It’s BS.

You don’t need a guru telling you what to believe.

You just need to show up for yourself in the most honest way you can…
and choose the next right step for you.

This is grounded.
This is human.
This is You Empowered.

Don’t outsource your power!

Don’t just chant mantras, vision board, write 100 wishes in your journal and think it’s going to manifest your dreams.

BE real with yourself.

Take inspired action and do the work.

Check in with your energy - which requires you to be in your own body and FEEL (as opposed to numbing out).

And just freaking love yourself because you’re pretty f*cking awesome.

The world is your mirror. As much love as you give to yourself, you’ll get to experience in your world with others.

Love & light,
Jo xo

Had 3.5 inches cut off my hair today… and it’s still this long! Because we don’t measure the length of our hair everyday, so we don’t notice how different it is day by day.

Just like we don’t sit and watch the grass grow… we just think one day - grass is getting long - I better mow the lawn.

It’s like our self care as well. We don’t notice the difference it’s making day by day.

And too often we cancel on ourselves with things we love to do, that make us feel good, or push it to tomorrow because we have no time today - like a walk, or a simple breathing exercise, or sitting in the sun for ten minutes in the morning and enjoying a coffee - savouring it instead of rushing.

That 5 minute meditation done on one day, you probably won’t notice that much of a difference. But if you do it every day for a month - you will.

And the opposite is true too - if you neglect yourself and those things you love and are good for you day after day, after a month, you sure will notice a big difference too. You feel like you’re running on empty.

It’s not the big things that make the most difference - it’s the little things you do for you everyday, even if it’s only 5 minutes ❤️

Are you armouring up in masculine energy, without even realising it?

It often starts small.
Losing your mum in the supermarket.
Not getting invited to the party.
Being teased until you shrink inside.

Or maybe it was bigger…chaos, yelling, betrayal, being left behind.
So you learned - being soft isn’t safe.

You grew up believing strength meant doing it all yourself.
You became the achiever, the planner, the caretaker.
Not because you wanted to, but because your body learned to survive that way.

This isn’t empowered masculinity.
It’s hyper-vigilance. Over-functioning. Can’t-stop-won’t-stop energy.

You’re exhausted but can’t rest.
You say “I’m fine” when you’re breaking inside.
You call it independence, but it’s really protection.

Because when masculine energy becomes armour, it turns into a cage.

The feminine isn’t gone - she’s waiting.
She moves from intuition, not obligation.
She creates from desire, not duty.
She trusts life and lets support flow in.

When you remember that softness isn’t weakness, you reclaim your power.
You breathe again.
You receive again.
You come alive again.

So tell me, Lovely…
Are you living life in armour, or are you ready to let amplify your feminine and to reignite your mojo?

“We don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.” - Anaïs Nin

Most of the time, you’re not reacting to what’s happening…
you’re reacting to your interpretation of what’s happening.

That hesitation to raise your prices.
That tension in your relationship.
That pattern that keeps showing up.

It’s not truth.
It’s the old lens.

The stories you absorbed to feel safe.
The roles you played to be liked.
The armour you put on so you didn’t disappoint anyone.

When your nervous system has been trained for survival, even opportunities can feel like threats.

And here’s the power shift...

If your lens was shaped by past experiences,
you can change the lens.

You don’t have to push.
You don’t have to hustle for worthiness.
You don’t have to keep operating on autopilot because the old story feels familiar.

You get to choose alignment over fear.
Resonance over reaction.
Satisfaction over survival.

✨✨✨ That’s the shift ✨✨✨
When you stop trying to think your way into a new life…
and you actually start living as the woman you want to be.

Human Design didn’t give me rules.
It gave me a mirror.

And when I saw myself clearly more and more through time…
I realised there was nothing to “fix”.
Just parts of me that needed to be reclaimed.
I stopped trying to earn my worth and started trusting my internal guidance.
The more I honoured who I really am, the more life met me there - with ease instead of force.

And when you create, respond and show up from your truth…
everything else shifts.

Big love,
Jo x
