Today is R U Okay Day. As we continue to de-stigmatise the conversation around mental health this year’s theme, ‘Are they really ok? Ask them today', invites students to check in with others as we continue to study from home. R U OK? is a su***de prevention charity in Australia, encouraging all of us to notice the signs of mental health struggle in friends, family, and colleagues, and start meaningful conversations that offer support and care to those in need. A conversation can change a life.

As another book week draws to a close, we acknowledge that this year’s virtual festivities may have looked very different from years gone past… While resonating with the event’s theme “Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds”, we witnessed students re-imagine the ways in which we may celebrate the world of literature, whilst participating in parades in the online space. Students can access a shortlist on novels in the following article, to further cultivate a passion for reading and celebrating the art of imagination…
