On this episode of: Where Are They Now?
We're thrilled to reconnect with some of the wonderful individuals who have been part of our school community. Today, we want to shine a spotlight on Mrs. Nicole Molloy, a former Principal at Daceyville Public School. Mrs. Molloy was an inspiring leader and educator who made a significant impact on our school. She has since embarked on new adventures, continuing her dedication to education and making a difference wherever she goes. We're proud to see her thriving as the newly appointed Foundation Principal of Green Square's new public school! π
πΏπ Exciting News! ππΏ
We are thrilled to announce that the video featuring our schoolβs incredible achievement in the 'Grow it Local' competition is now available! π₯β¨
Our Harmony Garden, which recently won the state-wide 'Pick of the Patch' award, has been a project close to our hearts. From a small garden to a vibrant community hub, it's a testament to our students, staff, and local community's hard work and dedication. π±πΈπ
Special thanks to TV host, chef, and author Mr Paul West (who's welcome back anytime), who visited our garden to explore why it stood out at the 2024 Grow It Local Awards. His visit was a highlight, showcasing the diversity and educational value our garden brings to Daceyville Public School.
Watch the video and join us in celebrating this fantastic achievement! ππ₯ Let's continue to grow, learn, and enjoy the fruits of our labour together.

πΏπ Huge congratulations to the school for winning the state-wide 'Grow it Local' competition! ππΏ
What began as a small garden has flourished into a vibrant, school-wide and community-driven project. Our Harmony Garden, brimming with diverse fruits, vegetables, and a chicken coop, reflects the rich cultural tapestry of our community. The garden is not just a place for plants to grow; it's a daily hub for learning, problem-solving, and community bonding.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in making our gardens a success β from the students and staff to the local community and working bee volunteers. This award is a testament to our collective efforts and passion for growing, eating, and sharing local produce. π±πΈπ
Here's to more bountiful harvests and continued learning! πΎβ¨
