Last Friday the New Moon brought us a unique and powerful line-up of seven planets came together in a fire sign in the sky - Aries. The sign of new beginnings, innovation, energy and action.
This fires up action and ongoing momentum for all of us and, if we stay grounded through it, can offer amazing opportunities.
Though the Sun and Moon have now moved on there are still five planets in Aries - firing us up for the next month to take action, start or complete important projects, and move our bodies more.
Don't miss this - take some time to connect to this strong creative energy, and to what is calling you to take action.
What is calling you now?
If you want to focus down and make the most of it - here is a quick process I used to get clear on what I want to start with, especially helpful, when one feels overwhelmed by choice.
How to brainstorm what youād love to create, call in, or experience this month.
- Take a pen and paper - handwritten is best to connect to our intuitive right brain.
- Set a timer for 10 minutes and scribble down ALL the ideas coming to you for projects, big and small, without editing. (Work, home, creativity, adventure, fitness, health plus.)
- Look back over them and note which you have the most energy for, and which of these will move you forward in the direction you want to go.
- Start with the one that feels most important.
Then take the one you choose, and spend some time visualising and feeling the difference could make to your life - celebrate it before it arrives. This expansion in your frequency will help attract it easier.
Allow the exciting, fast-moving energy of these Aries fire planets to help you get things happening with more ease, and also stay grounded so your nervous system is strong and working with you - then this fired-up momentum can become sustainable.
I find this is the key to momentum, so itās a core part of my work with people.
Iād love to hear what is calling you nowā¦
With love,
Cassandra Punita x.

Before dawn a few days ago I walked out of the rice fields of Ubud with a small backpack and my computer.
For 5 slow weeks I had been tucked into the quiet rice paddies, working āonā my business. Exploring new processes, offerings, and ways to describe the journeys people take with me.
We had weeks of intense monsoon rain - the heaviest in 27 years. Perfect days to work on my rice field terrace, and in open-air cafƩs.
Then a few days ago I emerged...
I walked down into quiet central Ubud.āØMet a 6.30am shuttle to the harbour where the boats leave from.
I was heading to a small, slow-paced sand island where transport is only by horse & carts and bicycles.
āØThe crossing was choppy, but luckily it only took 1.5 hours.
And suddenly I was in such a different place.
āØI stepped off into the simplicity of Gili Air.
It is one of the 3 small islands between Lombok and Bali. Here is a Moslem community, so no shrines as in Bali where flower offerings are placed every day. Instead there is a different faith with its musical calls to prayer.
Iāve rented a bungalow with a hammock on the verandah where I have gently rocked to muse on new ideas while looking out over the calmer turquoise sea.
Iāve come here to be with the flow of the sea. To take my writing materials out to thatched huts by the water - finding my muse here.
The steady slow rhythm of waves is both nourishing and awakening for our nervous system - and for our creativity.
So this is where Iāll be for a week - listening to the sea and letting the next phase of my writing flow.
Iām curious - where do you go for fresh inspiration?āØShare a place below š.

P.S. While Iām here by the sea Iām planning a book thatās been quietly calling me.
So Iām gathering peopleās real stories about the dreams & projects they feel drawn to - and obstacles that seem to stand in the way.
If thereās something important youāve long wanted to bring to life or expand, but feel limited - Iād love to hear your story.
If youād like to share, simply write

below and Iāll send you the details.
As a thank you, Iāll offer a short 10-minute online session.

For five slow weeks I was tucked amongst the quiet rice paddies north of Ubud, working 'on' my business. Exploring words, phrases, structures, free offerings, and clearer ways to describe the journey people take when they work with me online and in person.
(Iāll soon share with you what came to me!)
During this time we had weeks of intense monsoon rain - the heaviest in 27 years. So they were perfect days to be working on my terrace with its divine rice field view, when the rain didnāt drive me inside, and in nearby beautiful open-air palm-thatched cafĆ©s.
Then a few days ago I emerged...
In the dark pre-dawn early morning I walked out of the rice fields with a small day pack of clothes, and my computer and writing essentials, down into quiet pre-tourist central Ubud.
There I caught a 6.30am shuttle to the harbour where the boats leave for other islands.
I was heading to a small, slow-paced sand island where transport is only by horse and carts, or bicycles.
The boat crossing was choppy with a surging swell, but luckily it only took an hour and a half.
And suddenly I was in such a different place.
I stepped off into the simplicity of sandy Gili Air.
Gili Air is one of the three small islands of Lombok, the big island next to Bali. Here is a relaxed Moslem community, so there are no shrines as in Bali where flowers, rice and offerings are placed with mindfulness every day. Instead there is a different faith with it's musical calls to prayer.
Iāve rented a bungalow with a hammock on its verandah overlooking the turquoise sea and its gently lapping waves.
Iāve come here to be by, and in, the flow of the sea. Where I can take my computer and other writing materials out to one of the thatched huts (bales) on the edge of the water - letting this place become my next muse for my writing.
The steady slow rhythm of waves is both nourishing and awakening for our nervous system - and for our creativity.
So I'm curious - where do you go when you need fresh inspiration?
Like to help inspire me as I begin writing?

P.S. While here by the sea I'll be writing the book thatās been quietly calling me, so Iām gathering peopleās real questions and stories about their important dreams, and obstacles in their way.
If you have a bigger work, business or life dream calling, or creative project youād love to share - yet something seems to hold it back (thoughts, health, opportunities, or something harder to see) - Iād love to hear your story.
These stories will help me include topics that people are truly looking for in this book.
Would you like to help me?

As a thank you, I can give you a 10-minute online session.
(Note - I only have space for a limited number of these conversations, and some people have already reached out - so if you'd like to help me and this book, please let me know in the next week.)

Itās easy to forget our nervous system.
To become caught up with the exciting or needed things we do.
Yet still - take some slow time out to pause, to do something nourishing for your body, to reconnect with it physically.
Your nervous system will love it.
And youāll feel happier, more grounded and more clear-minded. ššŖ·
