This is one of the most common questions I get. Coaching and therapy are important disciplines, but they serve different purposes.
✨ Therapy often looks back – it helps you process past experiences, heal, and understand patterns that may be impacting you today.
✨ Coaching is about the here and now – building practical strategies, creating routines, and moving towards the future you want.
Coaching is currently unregulated in Australia - but any coach worth their salt should be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have undertaken additional training in their discipline.
