These are online sessions where you can confidentially reflect, debrief and digest your work, receive unbiased feedback, and explore challenges you’re experiencing in confidence.

The upcoming Solstice this weekend is a powerful threshold time of year - a moment of rebalancing between light and shadow, and a reminder of the cyclical, seasonal nature of life. It’s a time when we can notice subtle invitations and inner nudges to come back into deeper alignment with ourselves.
Sometimes a night dream delivers a message we need to hear. Sure the symbolism doesn’t always make sense at first glance, but when we take the time to explore it further, we can be astounded at the subtle wisdom held within.

😴This was a dream I had a few months ago, At a time I felt blocked around my voice, around sharing, writing and speaking.
At first I thought the dream was about the changing realities collectively 😳🫣
But looking deeper it landed - this was about communication, and beliefs around being heard and using my voice. The clues were in the words “my voice was muffled”, “they can’t hear me, and I can’t hear them”.
Accessing the beliefs and digesting the dream helped me unblock my voice. Yes, our dreams really are THAT amazing when we bring our curiosity to them and delve a little deeper!!
Full of imagery and wisdom and nudges from the deepest parts of ourselves. Sometimes the most unexpected dreams hold clues for us.
That’s what we’re exploring in our upcoming Online Dream Circle (June 24th) - creating space to dive into what your night dreams might be revealing.
No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and a dream, if you’ve got one, to share.

Is it just me or does the lead up to Christmas feels especially intense this year?! 😅
Most people I know are feeling a level of exhaustion that’s weightier than normal.
That makes sense after the huge year we’ve had, and on the back of 5 years now of enormous change.
Tensions are running high. The energy collectively feels chaotic and unpredictable. Maybe you’re feeling more anger than usual and noticing it in others too.
Something to check if you’re really exhausted - is it physical, or could it be mental and emotional?
Mental overwhelm makes sense as we’re consuming too much information, more than our minds and bodies can take in. Signs: scattered, foggy, blank, overwhelmed, headachy, irritable …
Emotionally - your own and what you’re hearing and experiencing from others accumulates. Some signs of emotional fatigue: weepy, meltdowns, numb, shouting, going through the motions, reduced coping capacity, feeling strongly triggered by others etc…
If this resonates, you may like to check in with your body - what is it that’s most needing your attention? Even to name what you’re feeling and experiencing to yourself can make a big difference in your body.

It’s so interesting how we think we know what’s going on for us and what we need, then we drop into our bodies and a completely different reality and truth emerges.
What’s actually going on for us is rarely as simple as the stories we tell ourselves about our lives, about the meaning we make about people and situations we find challenging.
What do you need to do to tune in more deeply today and be with whatever is present?

There is deep wisdom held in the body, but we don’t always know it’s there, or if we do, we can easily forget or get distracted or disconnected.
The body can feel like a minefield of b***y traps to deal with - from all the fears, worries, resistance and past traumas we carry, to our racing minds and the emotions we prefer to avoid … not to mention all the things we’re trying to get ourselves to achieve each day.
Which is why sometimes, it can be interesting to remember that you are so much more than your circumstances, or those anxious thoughts and worries building up.
For you are in truth an incredibly wise multi-dimensional being 🔥🙏 … let me explain how I see it from many years of working with women.
You have a physical body and all that’s held within it, and then there’s your inner senses, rational mind, emotional heart, expressive creative voice, intuitive ways of knowing and perceiving, energy centres and energy field, cyclical rhythms through breath, heartbeat and for many women - your cycle and innate connection to the feminine line in your family through your womb …. then there’s your capacity for divine spiritual connection, and your higher awareness through which you can observe each and all of these parts of you.
Through all of this and so much more, consciousness is expressed - you could say life expresses itself through you, the essence of which becomes YOU and can be felt by others.
Changing and evolving, moment to moment.
If that’s not a wonder and a mystery worth contemplating, I don’t know what is 😮💚☺️😉🙏
