From 3–26 June, we’re aiming to complete 3,307 reps while raising awareness of mental health and supporting Lifeline Australia.
Whether you’re doing push-ups in the corridor, squats in the laundry, a walk around campus or a workout at the gym, every rep counts.

Get "pawsitive support" with the Delta Therapy Dogs this Wednesday, 27 May from 2pm to 3.30pm at Yura Mudang level 8 common area.
Take a moment to reset, recharge and enjoy some well-deserved cuddles before getting back into study mode. Because sometimes the best form of productivity is patting a dog. ❤😉

May brings a busy stretch on campus, with assignments piling up and exams not far behind, but there’s still space to take a breather and connect.
We’ve got some big moments lined up at UTS Housing to help you switch off, have fun, and look after your wellbeing along the way: from competitive energy at the Futsal World Cup, to a relaxed End of Semester Party, sweet treats with our ice cream fundraiser supporting Youth Off The Streets, and a visit from Delta Therapy Dogs.
