Perfect weather, plenty of laughs, and some friendly competition made for an awesome afternoon. Thanks to everyone who came along and helped make it such a fun event.

Client Spotlight β Liz π
When Liz first came to us, she had one goal that so many people can relate to.
She wanted to feel like herself again.
Not chase a certain number on the scale. Not be perfect. Just feel comfortable in her own skin and get back some of the confidence she'd lost along the way.
Over the years, life had happened. The clothes she loved didn't fit the same, and she felt like she'd drifted away from the strong, confident version of herself she remembered.

But the biggest win isn't the weight loss.
It's the confidence that's come back. It's feeling good when she catches her reflection in the mirror. It's proving to herself that change is possible when you keep showing up, even when life gets busy.

π A TEAM FITNESS GAMES 2026 π
Here's your first sneak peek at the workout you'll be tackling on the day π
Before you look at it and think "there's no way I can do that" π
, here's what you need to know:

The stations are exactly the same for both the Race Category and Social Category.
The only difference is:
π Race Category = run around the park between stations
πΆ Social Category = shorter walk between stations
Most importantly...
π€ All station distances and reps can be split between teammates.
So if you see:
β’ 100 Push Ups
β’ 1000m Ski Erg
β’ 100 Thrusters
You don't have to do it all yourself.
The run/walk sections are completed together as a team, but the stations can be shared however you like.
We've designed this event so that even someone who hasn't exercised in years can have a crack and have something they can contribute on the day.
In fact, we have plenty of classes each week that are harder than the Social Category π
Movements can also be scaled to suit different fitness levels, so don't let the workout scare you off.
On the flip side...
If you're competitive and want to challenge yourself, the Race Category can be a seriously tough workout. Push the pace, test your fitness, and see what you're capable of πͺ
This event isn't about being the fittest person there.
It's about:
πͺ Challenging yourself
π€ Supporting your teammate
π Having fun
β€οΈ Being part of something bigger
And the best part?
π§‘ Every dollar raised from ticket sales will be donated to Orange Sky, helping provide free laundry and shower services to people experiencing homelessness across Australia.

πͺ SUNDAY MEN'S GROUP πͺ
These blokes are the reason we do what we do.
Every Sunday they show up, put in the work, support each other and continue to raise the standard.
The results they've achieved are nothing short of incredible.
π₯ Some have gone from struggling to do 1β2 push-ups to smashing out 30+
π₯ Some have lost 10kg, 20kg, even 30kg+
π₯ All of them are stronger, fitter and healthier than when they started
But the most inspiring part isn't the weight loss or strength gains.
It's the friendships.
Most of these guys didn't know each other before joining A Team Fitness. Through showing up week after week they've built genuine connections, accountability and friendships that extend well beyond the gym.
In a world where men often don't socialise or connect as much as they should, we're proud to create an environment where like-minded men can challenge themselves, support each other and enjoy the journey together.
Results are important.

Shaney - 4cms off her waist and stronger than everπ
Shaney originally came to us already understanding how important resistance training is for women. She wanted to look after her future self, tone up a little, build and maintain muscle, get her energy back, and get back into running π
It definitely hasnβt all been smooth sailing. Shaneyβs had a few niggles along the way, but honestly, all of us have been so impressed with her mentality through it all. No matter whatβs going on, she comes in, does what she can to the best of her ability, and works on whatever she needs to improve πͺ

What a fantastic night at our A Team social! π
It was great to see everyone outside the studio, catching up, sharing some laughs, and enjoying time together.
We had one of our best turnouts yet, and the atmosphere was awesome.

When Fleur first came to us, she wanted to do something for herself.
She didnβt like the person she saw in photos, felt like she was putting herself last, and knew she needed to take back control of her health.
