Rather than using a Facebook group like last time ...
I've spent the last 2 days turning the challenge into a course-like email and video series.
The reason I made this decision was so that people in pain don't have to wait weeks on end until I run these challenges.
I wanted to be able to offer them this right away to help them get some pain/symptoms relief ASAP.
One thing this means for you is that ...
You can start on the FREE challenge right now.

For the challenge, I will be teaching you EFT Tapping, and how to specifically use it for pain/symptom relief.
You will receive an email per day with a link to the corresponding video.
I will email the link to 1 FOLLOW ALONG video per day that approaches things from a different angle in regards to pain relief.
You tap along to the daily video with your OWN pain/symptom issue.
This way you can do it at what ever time of day is convenient to you ...
and you will also learn a variety of ways to tap for pain/symptom relief.
This is something you can learn, and then use anytime in the future for pain, symptoms AND emotional upsets!
And while I can't promise this as results vary ... there is a possibility that your pain may heal altogether!

7 Day Pain Relief Challenge (Using EFT Tapping)

Now that the new year is underway, have you made any new years resolutions or set any goals?

I'll be running a FREE 7 Day Pain Relief Challenge starting next week (Monday 9th January).
