Our Purpose

Self Care Kit believes in the power of small daily self care habits. Self-care is the foundation young women need to have so they can live more fulfilling and purposeful lives.

When we talk of self-care, we mean “genuine” self-care. We believe that although improvement does not happen overnight, self care can be fun and easy.

It is The Self Care Kit’s mission to bring approachable self-care habits to every woman in the world. It is our goal to shift the attention away from ‘quick fixes’ and ‘feel good’ products to focus on creating change from within. We aim to make self-care a part of every woman’s daily routine, in ways that are fun and easy.
