Our beloved ‘fill-in’ sesh will contain some activities in order to help people completely understand what flavour and aroma are.

34th Sip(34-1 & 34-2) took a place in Seoul in Korea.

Thank you for supporting and participating the events throughout. Hopefully we have taken some ideas away afterwards.

We see acidity or sweetness can be created by anything without the actual compounds that we may think it causes. Although I believed that it was back in the days, as the mind-flow goes deeper and deeper through researches and plenty of experiments, it turns out that it’s all about brain science.
