A GIFT THAT GIVES BACK 🤍🇱🇰
We are incredibly proud to share that UNSW Sri Lankan Society has donated $5,000 from the profits generated through the events run by our Executive Committee over the past year, to Lak Saviya.
This donation will contribute towards educational opportunities and scholarships for disadvantaged children in Sri Lanka, helping provide greater access to education and opportunities for their future. 📚✨
From cultural celebrations and social events to our new collaborative showcase initiative, Natum Nadanam 2026, we are so grateful that the support of our members and wider community has allowed us to turn a year of events into an opportunity to give back.
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our events throughout the year; this contribution would not have been possible without you. ❤️🇱🇰
We are honoured to support Lak Saviya and their work in creating educational opportunities for children in Sri Lanka.
Celebrating our culture, bringing our community together, and giving back. 🤍
