This is a ‘Well Done’ post for a lovely client of mine.
She hadn’t trained for around 2 years and wanted to get back into it and has some goals she wants to achieve.
With consistent effort over 12 weeks,, which included the Xmas break,, she has already taken big steps towards ticking some of those goals off.
She has achieved a loss on the scales, as well as cms.
She has gained strength, improved her ROM, flexibility and balance.
All whilst working and being a mum 🌸
I love her positive attitude towards training and she smashes her sessions.
Proud of you chick, keep up the good work. 🙏🙏🌸

Survived the first week since coming out of iso after having covid 👏🏻
Its great to be feeling back to my normal self and to have my energy back.
Loved seeing my clients this week, catching up on things around home and I got myself back into training, with a couple of light sessions as well.
Finished the week off with a quick trip to the Hairdresser.
Nothing like a bit of pampering after being sick.
Bring on the weekend & next week 💪🏻🙏
