Just got off a live masterclass to circa 150 online fitness coaches from the world’s leading online fitness business development community - which is run by my brothers and .
I had asked me before the class - how many times have you done something like this?
My response…
I actually don’t know I lost count years ago - a lot.
Based on that here’s 5 things that will help you build a world class online presentation to a live audience.
Note - even after doing it so many times you can still forget things on the fly but that’s okay… it’s all part of continuously leveling up!

First day back completely for 2026 was me presenting 2 annual strategic sessions to 2 very different businesses at different stages of their evolution.
First one was a start up under a month old to the entire team.
The second one was to a legacy group of businesses with our senior leader leadership team only.
Same industry. Different models. Different teams. Different strengths. Different areas of improvement.
