Hip mobility is huge in sport because the hips sit at the center of how your body moves and transfers force. Think of them as the engine room between your upper and lower body.
In soccer, your hips: Drive speed, Control direction, Power your kick, Protect your knees and groin.

EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH, also known as a POWER, is the body’s ability to generate maximum force in the shortest possible time.
