Either way of you could let us or her know that would be great!
Otherwise, see you tonight for some uplifting musical and mantra medicine for the heart and the world.

It's always such a wonderful alchemy of community energy coming together to sing ourselves and each other home!

Today and next Week also marks the passing anniversary of two of our past beloved Sound Samadhi members Emanuel Lieberfreund and Prabhu Osoniqs! Feeling to share the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra in their honour and for personal and collective healing and to remind us of the illusion of permanence and so to live each moment fully! I'm sure the'll be dancing with us in spirit! They certainly were fine examples of this!

It's been a wonderful weekend of receiving music and dance and Gyan Jon Parry and I are off to see Zakir Hussain tonight at the opera house with some friends ! Aviva Pinkus, Garry Luke, Stuart Vandegraaff, Sarit Vdg, DanaLee Mynard, Caro Jones to name a few!

In between it all we have also been busy putting together a wonderful program with some more details about our October 3 day Kirtan and Nada yoga retreat! It will be bringing together all of our passions of music, mantra, kirtan, heartsongs, sound healing, yoga nidra, movement meditation and dance... as well as wonderful people and nurturing nature...all in one weekend!

Hello everyone, just wanting to share some exciting news, before I loose internet connection over the next few days!

KKyoko Sato Kiryuho teacher and dancer, will be in Australia next weekend, and offering a special Japanese Kiryuho movement meditation workshop on the banks of Lake George, near Bungedore, Canberra, ON SUNDAY afternoon the 30 JUNE!

EElizabeth Cameron Dalman an incredible pioneer of dance and the environment is hosting her at her beautiful creative arts centre of Mirramu!

If you can mange to make it, it will be well worth the effort! GGyan Jon Parryand I will be driving down specially to attend!

I studied in Japan with Kyoko and Master Kajo Sensei for many years and what I learnt has been a fundamental practice for me, underlying both my movement and voice work!
