UPDATE: The move to Australia has been crazy but I’m finally finding my ground. Found work (not in fitness though😩), got an apartment, and back on my calisthenics journey (Australia content coming 🔜)

With all that’s went wrong to get here, I’m grateful, and just happy to be doing this.

New chapter - exactly where I want to be ✨

If you are looking to get into calisthenics strength training I am offering outdoor sessions around the city at the various fitness parks Melbourne has to offer. Whether you are looking to learn the advanced moves (muscle-ups, planches, front levers, 360s, etc.) or are just looking to get into some of the basic calisthenics strength training (push-up, pul-up, dip, squats, lunges, planks) I can assist in some programming and motivation during our sesisons.

I am from Toronto, Canada and have about 7 years of calisthenics style training background, as well as being a Personal Trainer in a big box gym for the last 3 years. My passion is bodyweight training but have learned with a wide array of people through the coroprote gym setting. I love working with people and enjoy seeing them learn to express themselves through calisthenics.
