Body conditioning for Latin dancing
Workshops focused on dancers' needs I first turned to Pilates to solve my ongoing lower back pain. It truly changed my life.

Hi Guys, my name is Celine, I have taught Pilates mat and studio equipment for 8 years and Bachata for 3 years now (it's a Latin dance if you're not familiar with it:). I was amazed by how much stronger, flexible and freer Pilates made me feel. I wouldn't be able to dance and enjoy physical activities as much I do if it wasn't for it. As a Latin dance addict, it was quite natural for me to special

πŸ“’ New Instagram Channel incoming πŸ™Œ

I am starting something new this year but also reviving something I truly believe in πŸ‘

➑️ Introducing Boundless Movement Coaching:

βœ…οΈ Pilates for dancers so you can dance for longer, enjoy social dancing to the max and enhance your dance performance - for anyone that dances

βœ…οΈ Strength coaching for women in Perimenopause and Menopause or any woman who wants to prepare for this new phase of their life - we will all go through it 😊

There's a lot of stigma around this topic when there shouldn't be. Aging is a privilege and being a woman is a gift 🎁

It's very important we talk about it, and learn as much as we can, to be in control and remain strong in what can truly be an amazing stage of our life. Let's feel empowered and be the kick ass women we are meant to be πŸ™Œ

And if you think this content is only for women, think again 😁 Guys, you have women in your life, a mum, a sister, a partner, a wife, a friend 🧑 you better stay informed is all am saying πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜€

Doing what I love the most πŸŽ§πŸŽΆπŸ’ƒ but also, most importantly this time, taking time to catch up with friends from Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί

This snapshot doesn't make justice to the fun we had, most of it undocumented πŸ˜† Am a millennial, sorry not sorry πŸ˜…

Thanks Gary and Bill for the adventures and endless laughters 🀣

Thanks and
for the family time, that game of Uno with the kids will be in our memories forever πŸ’–

Thanks to all my friends old and new for the catch-ups and the dances.

Thanks to all my co-DJs for keeping us grooving and all the instructors for sharing your knowledge πŸ™Œ

Thanks Boracay for having us one more time, we had a fantastic time πŸ™πŸ₯°

More posts to come, I might have entered a JnJ competition and finish 3rd place πŸ₯‰πŸ™Š

πŸ‘‘ This album will give you all the feels πŸ’–

You will be absolutely be transported by their voice, moved by their lyrics, impressed by the musical production. You will laugh, you will relate, you will cry, you will feel it all.

The tracks take you on a journey intentionally planned and go through 3 phases. I picked one song from each, as follow:

Acto 1 - La Fiebre
Papi by Yammi

Acto 2 - La Caida
Ya me canse by Florencia

Acto 3 - El Reinado
Otra igual a mi by Liza

The entire album is absolutely amazing 🀩 Don't miss out official release 6 March, you will love it.

Can't wait to play a few at the Boracay Latin Dance Festival this weekend πŸ₯³

⚠️ As dancers, we all need to learn patterns and technique, but sometimes we miss the most important foundation that makes everything else workβ€”musicality.

You can have perfect lead and follow technique, but if you're not connected to the music, you're missing half the conversation. The best connections and dances happen when both leader and follower Β the music and can express it together.

Can you find the one consistently? Do you know when a break is coming? Are you dancing to the music or just doing moves?

If you hesitated on any of those... you need this workshop.

Bachata Musicality Decoded πŸ“… Saturday 1 Nov | 3-4:30pm + 30min practice πŸ“ BBG Dance Studio πŸ’° 750 THB

I'm breaking down an actual system behind musicalityβ€”how to find the one, predict breaks, hit accents, identify song sections, understand energy and layers, and make every dance feel like a journey instead of a sequence of moves. We'll also cover how to apply everything you already know (your moves, your footwork, your styling) but musically, so it lands with impact and intention.

This works for all levelsβ€”whether you're building foundations or refining the subtleties. Both leaders and followers need this equally.

Message BBG admin or DM me to register. It's coming up fast and next one won't be before 2026 so don't miss out!

🀩 Today is one of the most beautiful days of your life ✨️

This is what I say to every beginner taking their first Bachata class, and I mean it πŸ₯°

I also add that dancing is one of the best activities they can start for their physical and mental health, and that by starting to dance, they become part of a loving worldwide community 🌐 πŸ’•

I love teaching beginners, and I feel so privileged to be a part of their journey πŸ™

If you know someone who wants to try, we have lots of opportunities πŸ˜„ Trial class Saturday 30 Aug, and our usual beginner class at Bachata Fever every Sunday πŸ™Œ

Focused - on my music 🎢, on the dancefloor πŸ’ƒ Catering an experience for them because this is my love language and my way of thanking a community that I cherish πŸ’•

✨️Stand in your power πŸ™Œ

πŸ’•It's not always easy. To be honest, it's pretty exhausting at times. But if you believe in why you're doing it for, it's all worth it.

❌️Standing in your power doesn't have to be selfish. It doesn't have to mean propping yourself above all others.

πŸ’ͺYou can stand in your power by fighting for causes you believe in, by helping others grow, by promoting change.

πŸ’–This is what I believe in.

πŸ’• This year, I had the privilege of being a Team Leader ✨️

Working with these guys has been an absolute joy. Seeing their smiles on stage and their pride for what they accomplished has been my greatest reward. Thanks for making this possible for me and to .shojaedini .jean.752 for trusting me, for all the efforts you put in and the friendships formed.

I had many team leaders, and I tried to channel my best experiences and lessons from them to forge my own.

I loved this new chapter of my dance journey. Being the dance mama at the Galas we attended brought me a new perspective, after being a dancer, performer, and DJ at those events, and it was great. I always loved being a support and cheerleader for my dance friends 🧑 so being the rock to my team was extra special.

I am glad I got the opportunity to coach another team this year too, through the Latin Dance Society UNSW. Choreography coming out soon, and it might make a comeback at Sydney Bachata Festival next year if I can coordinate from overseas. Who knows, let's see where the road takes me 😁

02/09/2024

Next festival up πŸ₯° You will find me DJing in the Bachata room but also dancing and grooving on the Salsa floor 😁

Can't wait for the live concerts, it's gonna be epic 🀩

Our Story

Hi everyone, my name is Celine, I am a Pilates Instructor and avid Latin dancer.
I first turned to Pilates 10 years ago to solve my ongoing lower back pain. I was amazed by how much stronger, flexible and freer Pilates made me feel, so I decided to become a teacher and share all the benefits of Pilates with my future clients.

I love seeing the positive change a regular and mindful practice brings to people’s daily life.
Latin dancing also being one of my passions, I am eager to show to my fellow dancers how Pilates can truly help acquiring better body awareness, posture, strength and above all spine mobility.

As Joseph Pilates used to say β€œIf your spine is inflexible and stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.”
