As a Kidney donor I was not aware of most of the these side effects after the operation, so I think anyone considering donating an organ needs to be completely aware of the situation. Even if I knew beforehand I still would have gone through with the operation.

Things to consider when looking into doing some exercise
1. your current health, injuries and doctor based recommendations
2. what will your budget allow for/ how much are you willing to spend
3. are you willing to do your fitness training with a friend to reduce your cost
4. know your body and its limits
5. what is your reason for starting this type of routine
once you have highlighted these areas it will make your final choice on a trainer a lot easier
