This podcast was inspired by Paul Akers the author of a book called ‘2 Second Lean’. A bit of an eccentric but he is what I will call a champion of ‘Lean thinking’. He did not invent the concept but has done a great job of implementing it in both his business life and personal life and making easy to understand. The first time I came across the actual term ‘lean’ as applied to business was when I read ’The Lean Startup’ by Eric Ries in 2012 but the idea goes back to the early days of Toyota. It will also give you some insight into the way I approach business.

Eliot describes himself as a guitarist, teacher (educator), and music producer (composer). In terms of recording Eliot has worked with a host of people across the Australian music scene and even composes music for TV shows like Home and Away as well as being a finalist for Tropfest. Eliot is a great example of someone who has forged out a music career through combing his love for all three.
