Hot smoked salmon poke bowl
It’s; salmon with quinoa & brown rice, avo, edamame, radish, carrot, cucumber, shallots, red cabbage, ponzu and mirin dressing, coriander, chilli and the good fat olive oil Mayo on top ✌🏽

The easiest chicken dish which you can serve with mashed sweet potato or brown/basmati rice and greens (broccolini, bok Choy, Choy sum, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, zucchini, snow peas etc).
I used tamari, teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, olive oil, chilli, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Let the chicken thighs marinate for a couple of hours. Then sprinkle with sesame seeds before placing into the oven. Cook at 180 degrees for about 25 mins in a pre-heated oven.

Throw together frittata with all my leftover veggies… capsicum, potato, sweet potato, broccoli, spring onion, chilli, tomato, basil, chorizo, goats cheese, cheddar, egg, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper.
