Happy 9th Birthday to our gorgeous and courageous Mumma Bear, Akira! We have watched you flourish over the last 2yrs from a shy and scared pup, to a certified School Dog who will have a tantrum if I don’t take you to school. We love your snuggles, your stubbornness, the way you steal Jellybean’s toy because you can, but more importantly the way you look into the soul of those you meet with those big brown eyes (and eyelashes). Here’s to another year or prancing around in pretty dresses 🐾🐶💕🎂👗

📚🐾 THERAPY DOG THURSDAY – BOOK WEEK EDITION! 🐾📚

Well, Book Week has officially taken over THERAPuppy, and our floofs decided they needed a costume. 🤦‍♀️😂

👑 Pia decided she was royalty for the day and arrived as the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. Because obviously, every therapy dog needs to know who’s in charge! ❤️👑

🍎 Akira went for the classic look and transformed into Snow White. Although we’re still waiting for her to find seven tiny puppies to follow her around. 🐶🍎😂

🦆 And even our pups in training got into the Book Week spirit!

Willow decided to waddle her way into the celebrations as Mother Duck. We’re not entirely sure where her little ducklings were, but she looked very pleased with herself! 🐥😂

🚨 And then there’s Franklin, who decided that being a therapy dog in training wasn’t exciting enough, he became Marshall from Paw Patrol! 🐾🚒

🏆 BUT the award for BEST DRESSED has to go to…

🧛‍♂️🩸 Miss Yvonne & Wasabi as the characters from Interview with the Vampire!

Their commitment to Book Week was absolutely A+.

Therapy Dog Thursday: Crumpet’s Colourful Adventure! 🎨💛🐾

This week, Crumpet decided that being a therapy dog wasn’t quite exciting enough... so he branched out into the arts 🤦‍♀️

His masterpiece? Stealing a yellow paint pen and promptly eating it. The result? One very proud looking, and even more golden, Crumpet.

We’re happy to rePAWt Crumpet is absolutely fine (apart from his questionable taste in art supplies), but it’s safe to say he’ll be sticking to stealing toys and treats from now on.

Sometimes our therapy dogs teach resilience, kindness, and calm. Other times they remind us that supervision is important when there’s stationery involved. 😂

Happy 6th Birthday Jellybean! Your criminal record is long (52 balls stolen from schools), you bat those long eyelashes and all is forgiven. You continue to make so many little and big humans smile, laugh, learn and most importantly calm down. We love your cleptoness, your infectious smile, your resting grumpy face and most of all, the love you give to all you meet. Here’s to another year older, not necessarily wiser (I’m sure ball 53 is headed our way soon), we love you so much Jellybelly 🎊🎁🎂🐾🎾🏀⚽️ ❤️
