I am pleased to write this letter in direct support of Ms. Libby Scherrer as I have worked closely with her and have personal knowledge of her extraordinary abilities.
I am a worldwide expert in delivering metro-light rail complex infrastructure projects. On April 19, 2021, I started my role as Vice President (VP) and member of the Transit and Rail Systems Executive Management Board of AECOM, the world's number one engineering company.
I manage strategic aspects of the Global and North American Rail systems thinking, systems engineering, systems integration, systems assurance projects, and new pursuits. I have lead responsibility for the development of the new system engineering Centre of Excellence for Canada.
I have over 38 years of experience in the transit, railroad, design, and construction industry, including working on global rail projects in Europe, Canada, Brazil, the Middle East, Asia, and America.

Libby has been extremely generous with her time and knowledge for my family, particularly around supporting my daughter with Autism (ASD) and transitioning to school. Change is difficult for most people but in the case of someone who has extra unique challenges around routines, I needed the support to be able to help my daughter find her feet as she begins to start school. Libby has given me sound practical support; tips to support my daughter that honestly I would not have ever considered. It was refreshing to hear that I am not the only one struggling as a parent to support their child and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
