There are small things you can incorporate into your daily routine to help you connect back with yourself.

Personally I love journalling and asking myself what do I need, allowing myself to be still and present enables me to listen to my inner knowing of what I need in the moment.

Tell me what daily routines you love practicing to connect back with yourself?

👋 Hi!!!! After a 2 month hiatus from sharing on my social account I am back!

I have been a deep journey over the last 3 months and I felt like I needed space to integrate and realise my next steps.

I have been healing my inner child which has been wild!
I have also been focusing on my physical health, getting back in the gym and honouring the strength of my body.

Through this journey I have been leaning into the fear that has been holding me back, I have been challenging the 'should do's' and going back to my meaningful mission and what lights me up 🥰

It's support important in order for me to hold space to you as a coach and facilitator that I take myself to the depths of healing and developing.

It's been over 12 months since I last went through the 8 week Spiral journey which is around Rediscovering your true essence so I have decided to continue this growth and take myself through this journey starting on Friday!!!!
I would love to share my journey with you to show you the reality of healing.. it's not a linear journey, it's work!

I hope to continue to inspire you to rediscover yourself as a woman, as a mother... coming back to your true authentic self ✨️

The power of Matrescence is that it is this all encompassing awakening that you can not undo. It propells you onto a path of becoming while at the same time forces you to reflect on who you were and where you came from.

As we become parents and awaken to consciously decide how we are going to parent and nurture our own children it makes you reflect on how you were parented, what parts of you flourished, what parts of you were not met with what you needed. Becoming aware of limiting beliefs, unconscious bias, coping mechanisms, attachment styles.

As I have been on this journey and my children have become the mirrors to younger versions of myself it has forced me to look within and continue the work on myself, connecting with my inner child over the past 10 weeks.
Through this process I have come to understand myself even deeper, I also have been able to find peace and understanding that I as a mother, a parent have the opportunity to reparent myself...be what I needed for myself.

I felt called to share this to give insight into the personal journey I have been on lately but also allow you to see the depths the journey of Matrescence can take you on.

It's important to take the first step in understanding Matrescence and processing your Matrescence journey and from their your growth potential is endless 💗

A letter to my younger self ✨️

Dear Megan,

Yes you have been thrown into motherhood maybe sooner then you expected but trust that the universe has greater plans for you.

When you birth your babies you will think that you are expected to instantly become a mother, it's not true. Becoming a mum is a journey and not always linear.

Your entire being and existence will change in every way possible, every cell in your body will shift and change.. you will lose who you thought you were, think you have got the hang of who you are becoming and continue to evolve again.

Megan my biggest piece of advice is to take the time to process the journey you are on. Process every shift across all aspects of your life, dig deeper, find the answers... walking around in this fog you call life, this inner conflict is not living.. you are missing out on being completely present and happy with your babies.

You will realise that 'good enough' isn't good enough and that you and your family unit deserve more.

You will realise the days are long but the years fly by and in a blink of an eye your babies will be grown independent girls forming their own identities.

While you feel like you don't have the time, take the time to process this journey of becoming .... becoming the mum your are destined to be and the woman you will flourish to be... because taking this time will give you so much back in return 💗
