A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Diploma/Studying Diploma or Certificate III to join our team, who wants to make a difference and see their efforts rewarded, who wants to help create a dynamic learning environment and culture within an early education setting.

You will be responsible for driving activities, new initiatives and design of your own room, while directing other staff members within the room. The ideal candidate has the ability to motivate and inspire a successful team of educators, whilst communicating effectively with parents and creating program plans. You have to be organised and have the ability to discuss and resolve problems and able to embrace technology.

About you:

Diploma/ Certificate III Qualified or working towards a Diploma in Education/Teaching (Early Childhood).
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Early Childhood.
Practical knowledge of National Quality Standards.
Passionate and committed to high qualify of early childhood and education.
Excellent communication skills and leadership skills.
Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
Current Working with Children Check.

Spring sprouts.
Our children have spent the past week to design, decorate and present this amazing mini beast table, we watered our beans every day and they have started to sprout 🌱
Hopefully we can plant them in our garden very soon to watch them grow so big ☘️✂️ 🥗🍽😋
