I am a passionate, caring, and curious Functional Health and Holistic Wellbeing Coach. Who is deeply motivated to create connection and empower growth/expansion in order to guide and inspire others to gain direction & clarity on their journey to optimal health β to reconnect back with themselves, their physical body, nature and their food.
I am a lifelong learner, who loves research and understanding all there is to know about holistic health and optimal living, whilst breaking the knowledge down into digestible information and easy actionable habits for others to understand on a deeper level.
Through thought-provoking conversations & meaningful connection, I empower others to overcome health and mindset challenges to help people heal & thrive
In my spare time β I enjoy learning & reading more about the self, connecting back to nature, food as medicine & the breath β¨οΈππ«π§ββοΈ
Whilst also lighting up my inner child through activities such as playing basketball, kicking a footy, skating, jamming on my guitar & any weird / whacky skill learning like juggling & unicycling
I also enjoy taking part in creation π± dabbling in gardening and amateur mycology π
I workout and train my body 3-4x per week, whilst practicing daily QiGong & somatic practices β focussing on the breath, primal movement and other fitness endeavours thrown into the mix π€ΈββοΈ
All round, you could say Iβm a bit of wellness weirdo, vitality & vibrance seeker who loves to find joy in the little things and connect back to Self, wherever possible!
