Never would I have thought that I would be here today, a woman who has her own business, being of guidance and support to those wanting to rediscover who they are building on the foundations of SELF & TRUST as they transition from their Traumas and Shadows, to see who they truly are. Their True Self. A person who is worthy, who is loved, who is deserving and who has always done enough.

From losing a job that I loved due to Covid and navigating through the changes of life as I entered motherhood, all while going through my own journey of healing, to now navigating through the changes and growth of my business is beyond a blessing not only for me but for the beautiful souls I have crossed along my journey.

I believe that even though I may be in the role of the Life Coach, my clients too have greatly impacted my personal growth and they too have become a Life Coach to me in return and served as a daily reminder the power of compassion, understanding, acceptance, forgiveness and support.

To say I am grateful for each and everyone of you could never truly justify nor express the appreciation I have for you all. Not only those who I have been blessed to have embarked a journey on with but also to family and friends who have shown me so much support through it all.

In saying all of this I want to reintroduce myself to you today.

My name is Mary Joyce, I am a Trauma and Life Coach and my goal in this current chapter of my journey is to guide those who don't know who they are to a place where they have built such deep connection with themselves there is no longer a hesitation nor conflict in loving themselves and putting them first. To have a safe space where all will be seen and heard and a place where your vulnerability will be one of your greatest strengths as you come to know and love your True Self.

This year I embrace the challenges to come.
This year I embrace the changes to be made.
This year I embrace my continuous healing.
This hear I embrace my inner child.
This year I embrace who I am. ALL of me.

This year I embrace my TRUE SELF so that I may continue to be and become the best of me because that is what I deserve as much as those around me.

But of course just like the meaning itself, I promise to embrace my loved ones more physically, emotionally, mentally and above all spiritually.

To truly embrace all that God has given me and the journey that is before.

Let's make this an amazing chapter!

One of the few things I always say to not only my clients but those around me is to always fill your own cup first so that you can give abundantly to others.

Why? Because you my love cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot serve to your fullest when your own cup itself is not full. You cannot give the best of you if your own cup is not filled by the best of you.

YOU MUST PRIORITISE YOURSELF SO YOU CAN LIVE AND GIVE AT YOUR BEST & NOT WHAT'S LEFT.

We all deserve the best in life because we are deserving but it starts and ends with you. So here is your reminder to continuously pour into your own cup because you are important, you are worthy and you are more than deserving of all the good the heavens and universe have yo offer x

Be mindful of the words you speak to yourself.

Just as the words you speak to others can have a great impact, the impact is just as powerful when it comes to the words you speak to yourself.

If you're reading this now, this is a reminder to talk words of kindness, compassion, love and respect to yourself for the words you speak have the power to BUILD YOU UP or the power to TEAR YOU DOWN.
