Still buzzing from an unforgettable night... 🤝✨ What a beautiful celebration!

I had the absolute pleasure of attending and supporting the Eid Milan Family Dinner on Monday, June 1st, at the Himalaya Rockdale Restaurant. Hosted by my dear brother Arshad Naseem Butt, President of the Pakistan Australia Friendship Association, it was an incredibly special occasion—not just to celebrate Eid together, but to officially welcome Arshad’s respected mother to Australia. ❤️🌸

Being in that room, the sense of community pride and genuine love was palpable. I was surrounded by old mates and new faces—including some of Sydney’s most brilliant poets, writers, and artists. We shared brilliant food, endless laughs, and enjoyed some cracking live music that kept the pleasant atmosphere alive well into the night. It truly reminded me of the beautiful bond we share as a diaspora. 🎶🌙

I was also incredibly humbled by Arshad's kind words regarding the organizing team. Working alongside mates like Naeem Haq, Adeel Shakoor, Shahid Malik, Syed Arif, and Ghazala Shahid to help bring this vision to life at Himalaya Rockdale was a privilege. We always operate like a family, and seeing everyone enjoy themselves made every bit of hard work worth it. 💪✨
Looking ahead from this June 1st gathering, there is so much more we can achieve for our youth and the wider community when we stand united like this. My heart is incredibly full! 🚀

Had the absolute pleasure of attending and speaking at the business networking dinner last night, and honestly, what a phenomenal turnout of members for a Tuesday evening! ☕❤️

It was brilliant to see the PAKOZ and Young Innovators Australia teams on the ground capturing the magic and supporting our community's growth. 📸🚀

The night started beautifully with an opening address by Naeem Haq, followed by a delicious dinner. But for me, the real highlight was seeing the immense talent and drive in the room once the networking activities and icebreakers kicked off. 🧠⚡

I had the opportunity to present to the group about something I’m incredibly passionate about: the power of a concise, one-minute introduction. We dived into how using a service- or support-based "hook" can completely transform how you generate leads and expand your professional circle. Hope you all walked away with some valuable gems to grow your businesses! 🚀💼

A huge shoutout to Ahmad Umar for his absolutely brilliant multicultural rendition of the Australian National Anthem—it was a true standout moment. 🎶🇦🇺 We finished the night on a high note with some delicious dessert, traditional Kehwa, and a great group photo.

A Night to Remember: Saleem Javed Rocks a Full House in Sydney!

The wait was finally over for Sydney’s music and comedy lovers on Saturday night! The Civic Theatre in Hurstville was buzzing with excitement for the 2026 Saleem Javed Australia Tour, and it was a massive success from start to finish.

Organized with the support of PakOz, Young Innovators Australia, and our valued sponsors, the venue was packed to maximum capacity with fans eager for a spectacular night of entertainment.

Laughter and Local Talent The program launched exactly on time at 7:00 PM, opened by the brilliant Zeeshan Iqbal. Local singer warmed up the crowd with beautiful melodies, transitioning smoothly into a hilarious stand-up comedy by Kashif Khan. The audience couldn't contain their laughter as the comedian brilliantly joked about our obsession with mobile phones and the everyday trials of married life.

The Bhangra Powerhouse Takes the Stage When the legendary '90s pop star Saleem Javed finally stepped onto the stage, the crowd went wild. Delivering an unforgettable, high-octane performance of his signature pop classics, Bollywood hits, and Lollywood favorites, he had everyone on their feet. Fans even took over the front of the stage to dance bhangra, making it a truly interactive, unforgettable celebration.

Congratulations to the Team! We want to give a massive shoutout and congratulations to Shahid Kayani, Rafiq Chaudhary, and Zeeshan Iqbal for organizing such a seamless and joyful evening. Everyone left with smiles on their faces and hands tired from clapping.
