Every Sunday evening, I invite you to join me and others for an online meditation, and the best part? It's absolutely free!

The guided meditation sessions are designed to cater to individuals of all levels, whether you're a seasoned meditator or just starting on your meditation journey. Each week, I'll explore a diverse range of meditation techniques, helping you find the one that resonates with you the most. From mindfulness to visualization, breathing exercises to body scans, we'll delve into various methods that promote relaxation and self-discovery.

A tip for Affirmations is to remember to personalise the affirmations to align with your specific beliefs and aspirations. Recite them regularly, believe in them, and allow them to reinforce your self-belief and confidence.

But to caveat Affirmations, if you haven't done the deep work to understand limiting beliefs and the energy around your current state - then affirmations aren't going to be as helpful. You need to understand the blocks and energy before you begin repeating affirmations.
