🏁 Past student, Emily Caccaviello returned to Swan Hill this week with Stacey Stewart and their Racing Team to present to students from both Swan Hill College and St Mary MacKillop College about their journeys and experience in the motorsport industry!

This was such a fantastic opportunity for students and young people to hear from Emily, who is a talented emerging Australian racing driver, competing in both the TGRA series and in IRC Series, racing under her own family banner, Elk Motorsport.

Murray Mallee LLEN was excited to support Stacey and the Racing Team in the lead up to the day in showcasing the huge breadth of pathways in this industry and inspiring the next generation of young people to dream big and to pursue some unique careers in Australian motorsport! 😎🏁

A huge shout out to Stacey for her determination, passion and vision in bringing such a unique opportunity for young people to our region!

🌾 NEW VET Opportunity for 2027! 🌱

We're excited to announce that the Murray Mallee VET Cluster will be offering a NEW VDSS course in 2027 – AHC21216 Certificate II in Rural Operations!

Delivered in partnership with local industry, St Mary MacKillop College, VEG Education (RTO 45732) and Murray Mallee LLEN, this hands-on course is a fantastic opportunity for students interested in agriculture and rural industries.

📚 Who can apply?
Students completing Year 10, 11 or 12 in 2027 who would like to change their initial subject preferences to include VET Certificate II in Rural Operations.
If there is sufficient interest, the course will be delivered every Monday at St Mary MacKillop College.

📅 Please register your interest by Friday 14 August.
