✨ A little sprinkle of magic at Caldarra Avenue... During a recent library visit, the children discovered a beautiful book about fairies, sparking a new world of imagination and their own fairy garden. The children confidently shared ideas and took ownership of their learning.

Today our Waratah Street Cronulla children proudly said thank you to our local firefighters for Thank a First Responder Day 🚒 There’s always great excitement when our local heroes visit, especially with their fire truck! The children loved learning about fire safety and how firefighters keep our community safe.

Our Caldarra Avenue children reflected on the Dharawal people’s connection to whales, or Burr Burra, creating a large whale artwork and deepening their understanding of culture, storytelling, and connection to land and sea.

Our Waratah Street Cronulla children were thrilled to receive their very first round of mail from the residents at Stella Maris Aged Care. 💌 It marks the beginning of their Pen Pal project, sharing drawings and messages to build meaning connections across generations.

As we mark the beginning of National Reconciliation Week, our Bradman Road children this week ventured out for their regular Bush Kindy excursion and created an Acknowledgment of Country sign.
Embedding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives into our everyday curriculum supports children to build respect, understanding and connection to Country.
