If you want to know a bit more about our residential stay - read this story from IG@themumventurer.

"I completed the 5 day Tresillian Early Parenting 5 day residential program last week and transitioned to return to the office for the first time just before Christmas the next day. So it’s quite been the whirlwind of the week.

In the last week, sleep training and saying goodbye to co-sleeping was one of the most challenging things to embark on in this wild journey of motherhood. But it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible support at Tresillian.

I came in not knowing what to expect and having mixed feelings about whether I should have come to begin with. I personally found it to be a positive experience and I felt supported and empowered to apply my preferred gentle approach I wanted to take.

One of the things I set out to achieve during my stay was to help develop a routine for Karim. Since being discharged, I’ve been stressing about ensuring it’s followed to the tee ... which hasn’t always been possible because of the fact that I’m at work for 3 days and also, life. So I’ve had a flexible approach to his routine which was supported by the Tresillian team & they stressed the need to be practical and to fit into my lifestyle!"
