If you work across a hospital, clinic, private practice or locum role, your super may be coming from more than one employer.
That matters more than many doctors realise.
From 1 July 2026, eligible high-income earners with multiple employers can apply for a super guarantee exemption certificate when they expect compulsory contributions to exceed their concessional contributions cap. [1]
This is not a decision to make in isolation. Your contributions, income, tax position, property plans and wider wealth strategy need to be reviewed together.
The question is not simply, “Can I opt out?”
The question is, “What role should super play in my wider plan?”
Comment SUPER and we will send you the key questions to discuss with your tax adviser.

2 days to go.
If you are a medical professional with a strong income but no clear property strategy, this session is for you.
On 22 August at 9:00 AM AEST, Julio De Laffitte will explain how property can become part of a more structured long-term wealth plan.
You will learn what to review before considering a property, how the 44-point process works, and why property decisions need to connect with cash flow, debt and your wider financial position.
This is not a generic property webinar.
It is for doctors who want to build assets with more clarity and less guesswork.

The SMSF property landscape has changed.
From 10 August 2026, SMSFs can no longer enter new borrowing arrangements to purchase residential property.
If you’re a medical professional using super as part of your long-term wealth strategy, now is the time to review your options and understand what this means for your existing arrangements.
At Medigrow, we believe better wealth decisions start with clarity, not noise.
Comment “SMSF” below and we’ll send you a practical checklist of questions to discuss with your adviser.

This month, everything changed.
New super contribution limits. Division 296 in effect. SMSF borrowing rules tightened. Tax brackets adjusted.
For most Australians, these changes went unnoticed. For doctors, they represent either a major risk or a major opportunity depending on whether you have a strategy in place.
At Medigrow, we help medical professionals navigate exactly these moments. Personalised strategies built specifically for doctors, so every rule change works in your favour.
