Megan is a qualified equine sports massage and shiatsu therapist Megan Simpson Equestrian and Skye is a human Pilates instructor with a passion for human biomechanics and wellbeing.
We’ve been working together for a long time now and enjoying it so much that we’ve decided to team up and launch something brand new:

It’s a big word, but a simple (and powerful) concept.

Proprioception is your body’s ability to sense its position, movement, and balance without needing to look. It’s what helps you stay centered in the saddle, make subtle corrections, and move with flow.

🧍‍♀️ For humans: It improves posture, reaction time, balance, and coordination. Essential for riders.

🐴 For horses: It helps them understand where their feet are, how to stay balanced, and how to move safely and efficiently.

Pilates is amazing for building proprioception - for both you and your horse. It sharpens awareness, builds connection, and strengthens your partnership from the inside out 🙌
