A welcome addition of berries and puffed quinoa to my break-fast. The first food with more than 2% sugar in a month. The restrictions have been successful though - health aims achieved 😃 Did you know that the average Australian consumes around 100 g of sugar per day while a healthy amount is approximately 35 or possibly less 😱

Even a super strict, low sugar, alkalising diet (temporary), can still be tasty!!!! 😃🤤

Very Low Sugar and alkalising criteria limit your options but I’ve managed to make some tasty meals 😁🥬🌱
