The Nurture Circle I am here to help support you, on your journey towards healing and transformation and towards living a life comfortable in your own skin.

I am a Certified Mind, Body, Eating Coach working with the powerful new fields of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition. The skills I use from this training are a combination of practical coaching techniques, mind-body science and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.
