Sunday silly……… Negativity

Well that’s not a positive topic is it?!
Stick with me now…..

So I was reminded by the energy drain and demotivating influence that only seeing the negative in situations has on us. Wow, it’s powerful if we get hooked!

Were you one of those kids that did well on a test by getting 97% and you’d show your parents and they wondered where the other 3% was ???? Ouch!😩
What a strong message to be perfect!

This can be our story for the rest of our lives, looking for what’s wrong instead of seeing what is right and the strengths in ourselves. We can avoid speaking up, showing up and shining brighter if we expect we will only be criticised for our efforts.

The way forward? Seeing your strengths, using your strengths and celebrating your progress and wins.
